Foundation, a non-profit organization being established in the state of Nevada.
The P.A.M. Foundation is organized exclusively for charitable purposes within the
meaning of Section 501 C (3) of the Internal Revenue Code.
The organization’s mission is to raise and distribute funds in order to assist with
veterinary care, surgical procedures, lab costs, medications and related treatment
expenses for those animals under the care of individuals who may otherwise not have
the resources necessary to provide medical care for their pet. Some of which may
include senior citizens, handicapped individuals and people on fixed incomes.
The P.A.M. Foundation will support community projects for neuter/spay,

The primary activities of the organization will include fundraising through online events,
online stores, in person events, grants, and community initiatives.
Funds will be used to support necessary and urgent veterinary services by direct
payment to licensed veterinary providers, pharmacies, and labs.
The P.A.M. Foundation will not own, house, foster or shelter animals, nor will it operate
as an animal rescue or sanctuary. All assistance will be charitable in nature and will not
result in improper or illegal benefit to any individual or entity.
The organization is being established to relieve financial burden associated with critical
and life saving veterinary care and to promote the humane treatment and welfare of
animals through charitable financial assistance.
This mission statement is intended to guide the organization’s operations, governance,
and compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws governing nonprofit and
tax- exempt organizations.
